Not sure what to say?

Dear Marjorie, I knew Lloyd as a fellow neurochemist and enjoyed working with him in coonection with the ASN and ISN. He was an excellent scientist and was very fair-minded. He was not a man of many wor Knowing his Michigan roots, I enjoyed kidding him this time of year.

To family, friends and colleagues of Lloyd. Dr. Horrocks was my mentor as I pursued my Ph.D. at OSU. It was only through his dedication to the education of young scientists that I earned my Ph.D. in 1985 and thus the honor to call him Lloyd. Dear Marg
I think you know what you and LLoyd have meant to us over the years. We have always considered you as family. We were shocked and saddened at the news.
Love--Mil and Phyl

Marge, Rich, Becky and families,
It was with surprise and shock that we received the news of Lloyd's passing a week ago. Our memories go back at least 45 years with visits to and from the two of you in many places. We shall miss the email humor that he sent frequently. And, in person, he had great, wry humor.

Please accept our sympathy in the passing of your loving and wonderful husband and father.

Lloyd was very well informed and was an active participant in
lunch-time discussions on a wide range of topics, especially those
involving the proper role of government in society. My views were often
different from his, but I admired his very good nature and his
acceptance of colleagues with different views. In...

Dear Mrs. Horrocks, Becky, Rick, and Family,
I am so sad to hear about Dr. Horrocks. I have so many wonderful memories of him. He took beautiful pictures at my wedding and all of my brother and sisters' weddings. I also have fond memories of trips to Cedar Point when our families went up there together. I have always kept up with your famiy even though I live so far away. I never realized the last time that I saw him would be the last time that I would see him. He is truly one of the...
