Not sure what to say?

I worked for Mr. Utley for 21 years. He was a great mentor and friend. My sympathy for the family in their loss, but I know he is in a better place and not hurting now. He fought the cancer for 4 years when they told him he had maybe a year. He enjoyed a good fight, especially if he could prove them wrong.

At the very least, he was a great gentleman and confidant. My deepest condolences to all family and friends.

I wish to express my sincere sympathy to all of the Utley family. Mr. Utley was always very kind to me during my 15 years in General Sessions Court. May Mr. Utley rest in peace and may God give the family peace and comfort and the days ahead.

No one represented his clients any better than Lloyd Utley. He was a competent and trusted advocate for those he represented. He made a difference in many lives.

Mr. Utley and I worked together 37 years ago and he was always kind and fair. His love for his children was supreme in every decision he made. I am glad to have known him, but sorry for your loss. Nancy Carter

"I work with Mr Utley for 8 years and enjoyed every moment of it . He was a good friend and a good teacher to me through the years. My prayers go out to the family ." Wanda Kidd (jackson ,tn)

I have very fond memories of Uncle Lloyd...he was always friendly and a very down-to-earth person. He always greeted you with a big warm smile and a handshake. I remember visits as a child to Uncle Lloyd's and Aunt Sissy's house and how much at-home you always felt there. Uncle Lloyd was a warm and giving person and raised four wonderful children (My Cousins). It is sad that he is gone, but a blessing that his suffering has ended. He will be missed, but our fond memories will endure...

This was a man who made a differnce in my life. He could read people well and gave me good advice. I shall never forget Mr Utley.

My prayers are with you all. You know what a great friend Lloyd was. May god's peace be with you. Judge Harvey Boswell.
