I had the pleasure of meeting "Lock" Blaney at several of my dad's Navy reunions (for the USS Knox - APA-46). Gregarious, enthusiastic - full of life. Great story-teller. Very much admired by my father. I wish I'd been able to talk to this man one more time. I was in Maine in October 2011 but couldn't get a handle on a good address.
