Marc (and Carin & Isabel), my deepest condolences. You are all in my thoughts.

Lois and I taught together for fourteen years at Twinbrook Elementary School. I was the ESOL teacher there and we had many opportunities to work together with the many foreign language students who were in her classes. She had a special way of making them feel very comfortable and welcomed in spite of the language barrier. Her warm smile and gentle ways helped to give each student a sense of identity and belonging. My Deepest condolences to the Engle family. I had brief interaction with Ms. Engle through my friend and her son Todd. I found her to be a very sweet lady. May you rest in glory.
