Lola was such a dear sweetheart of a friend to me thru our many years working for ConocoPhillips, singing with the Iva Boze community choir, and participating in many community and church activities. My greatest desire for her was to use her God given beautiful voice to make an album. I will never forget her smile, her quiet and sweet spirit and the enjoyment I had with many of her family members. I went to Midland College with Ms Lola and did not know of her passing until last night. She was a sweet lady with a beautiful voice and I loved to hear her sing. For her family and church family you have our prayers and condolences during this time. May God comfort and keep you.
