I will miss you! I learned more about you in the last weeks of your life then you could imagine and you couldn't even speak. You taught me about strenth, courage, faith and dedication. We loved Mr. Taylor. We had the highest respect for him. Mr. Taylor was a unique man who God used in many ways to touch others. Thank you for asking Hoby to sing at the funeral. It was his honor. You are a wonderful family and we are blessed to have known such a rare man. He is missed and will be missed until we see him again.

From the first time I met Bro. Lonnie Taylor when our family first started going to First Baptist Church in Macclenny I have admired and respected him. He was a soft spoken man who was not afraid to stand firm for what he believed in. He shared with me his love of helping those in need, especialy the children at the Baptist Home for Children.
