We are so sorry to hear of your loss. Everytime we saw her she had a smile and always asked how we were all doing. She would always talk about her family and you could tell she loved each and every one of you. We will sadly miss her. Our thoughts and prayers are with each and everyone of you.

I am so sorry to hear of Louann's passing. I was one of her pharmacists, and I always enjoyed her visits to the pharmacy. She was such a kind and thoughtful person. She knew I had a bit of a commute to work, and she drew a map herself of a detour around Bellville during construction last summer, then made a special trip to the pharmacy just to bring it to me. I'll really miss seeing her.

Ritzhaupt family, My heart breaks for your loss of such a wonderful lady. I have known Louann for over 39 years and all the many years that she would come into my office(Park Avenue Vision Clinic) she was such a delight... We shared many, many stories and laughs and tears... I recently saw her at the Bellville Street Fair and we only chatted for a few moments...
