Not sure what to say?

Lou was a great friend and helped me in my career.

Lou was a joyful and generous friend who cared deeply about the well being of his community. He never put himself before others, and he lived his faith every day.

"Out of the blue", Lou gave me a book he'd just read and thought I would enjoy reading it. What a nice gesture from a great guy. Steve Levee

I only learned recently of Louie's passing and I am so sad to learn this. Louie was such a good friend whenever I visited Boland Trane. He was a true gentleman just like his father, Lou Sr. I always felt that when I left home to visit Boland Trane, I actually felt like I was going home! And I will never forget taking Louie up to the National Eagle Center at Wabasha, Minnesota, when he was visiting at Trane and Multistack. Visiting Boland Trane and becoming friends with Louie, Jimmy, Lou Sr.,...

Lou was a great friend who helped me greatly in my career. He played handball with us at Bolling Air Base when I worked at Cafritz, and assisted with sales and service for the Oliver Carr Company in its great expansion during the 1980's and 1990's. Whenever we needed help we could always count on Boland Trane, and Lou was always avaliable. God Bless the family and friends. Dick Rader. Former Senior Chief Engineer Pennsylvania Avenue Properties.

Sending so much love and support to Jim, Sean/Theresa, Eileen, John/Ann Marie, Kevin and Michael and the whole Boland family during this difficult time. I've had the honor and pleasure of being part of family gatherings and Louie's presence will be greatly missed; his wonderful, calm spirit will carry on always. Love&Light Kira

So sorry to hear learn of the passing of Lou Boland. May the strength of the Lord be with the family during this time of sorrow and mourning. Rudy Ford CRW Mechanical, Inc.

I just saw Lou´s obituary, very sad. He will be missed. Lou was my landlord at his townhouse in Montgomery Village, me fresh out of school and finding my feet in 1978. He rented to 2 of us single guys. Great times. I followed Lou´s lead and bought my own townhouse and rented rooms to other single guys, then they did the same! Lou was always upbeat. Best wishes to all the Bolands. Will be there Dec. 8
