Dear DeSimone Family:

I am so very saddened to hear about the sudden death of Lou. My Mom held insurance with Lou for over 25 years; and she had stated that he was a very nice man. I never had the pleasure of meeting him, but I did speak to him several times on the phone and he was truly a nice guy. I just learned of his death today and I am so shocked by it.
