I will always be grateful to "Skip" Foisy for helping me with photography along with his dear friend Neal. Skip shared his knowledge and stories on a regular basis as well as professional instruction. He loved his family and his work. A class act.

Pat and Stephanie, Cindy and I were so sad to hear about Skip. I First met Skip in 1976, when I was a rookie trooper being trained by Roger. I will always remember Skip's kindness (and advice), easy going personality and sense of humor. He will truly be missed

I had a DVD made from video of that party if you'd like a copy Donna or Stephanie, just call,I'm in Pembroke.I'm so sorry for your loss. If I could leave work for the service tomorrow I...

I was sad to hear this news. Skip was one of the good guys. Always the most respectful and caring man in the room. It was an honor to have served with him. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
