My sincere condolences to the Qualls family. I had the pleasure of working with Lou for several years. I always admired his integrity as well as his loyalty. Lou was very instrumental in turning Edys into a first class operation.

Lou was not a part of the Oakley family for very long but he made an impression in the short time he was with us. Our deepest condolences go to the Qualls family, especially to his children whom he often spoke of. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
