I'm sending my sympathy and prayers to everyone in the Moreau family on the passing of Lucien. As a member of the Margaret McNamara Education Grants family, I have seen over the years, his steadfast commitment to 'walking the talk' of development by supporting women all the while paying devoted tribute to his beloved wife.
