Beloved husband of Talaat Moreau (who preceded him in death); father of Farida Robinson (Scott) and Carine Matsche (Mark); grandfather of Sydney and Toby Robinson and Alex and Andrew Matsche. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Margaret McNamara Memorial Fund or Prevention of Blindness Society of Metropolitan Washington. I'm sending my sympathy and prayers to everyone in the Moreau family on the passing of Lucien. As a member of the Margaret McNamara Education Grants family, I have seen over the years, his steadfast commitment to 'walking the talk' of development by supporting women all the while paying devoted tribute to his beloved wife. Thank you to the family for continuing these acts of charity and love by naming us for donations and helping to pay his good work forward.
