Not sure what to say?

May happy memories carry you through this sorrowful time. Your Mom and Dad had a special place in my heart. I worked with Clarence at the bank. Your Mom was very precious, kind, and loving person I every met.

John, I heard about the news and I wanted to send my best to all of you and your families. I lost my Mother in May,I know the blessings and the heart ache. I hope all will be well for all of you. My prayers are with you all. I remember meeting your Mopm in Laveen we were probably in the 8th grade. Some time ago, I remrmber getting caught hugging in Miss Seneca's biology, in the back room ha ha.Take care. Jolene Poteet Lamia

John I am so sorry for the loss of your mother. It is a very difficult time but you will always have happy memories of her. As time passes those are the things that will comfort you.
A classmate, Barbara Vaccaro Walton

Note to John: In case you didn't know, Bobbie Chan is Bobbie Wisner, SMHS Class of 1968.

She was a beautiful woman who raised an incredible family. May you rest in peace, Lucy.

John, My heart is breaking for you. Even though you think you're prepared for the passing of a parent, you're NEVER prepared. A part of you (literally) will never be in your arms again, or laugh, or cry w/you, for you as a parent. Hope she passed quietly. Love to you and yours.

Lucille was my dearest and unique friend since 1995.Since she came to live at Fellowship Square, she ministered to me in many ways as she did to everyone here. She will always be precious in my memory.

Lucille was one of the kindest and most generous persons I've ever met. She touched my life in so many ways. Love to Sandra, John, Nancy and Randy and their families through this sorrowful time.

My Aunt Lucille Lay was always an inspiration to me. She was a pure and good woman all of her life and her entire family loved her dearly. We are finding out about her death through an e-mail and I guess its not surprising since we have moved so far away in Missouri, and as she evidently was a happy woman and always had a busy life. I hope she is with Clarence now. Love from Michel, Jerry, and Jeff Dobyns in Missouri
