Not sure what to say?

My late wife Donna & I shared a friendship with Barbara & Lou that began in 1949 when Barbara and I attended Miss Ferguson´s Dancing School in New Rochelle, NY. She and Donna shared a major in Speech and English at the College of New Rochelle while Lou & I paid our dues as classmates at Holy Cross. We stayed in touch as we raised our respective large families & followed our career paths criss crossing the country.Once retirement beckoned , and our nests were finally empty, we saw each other...

Suzanne, Paul and Family, Sending our sincere condolences, and love. What an amazing couple. Amazing to the end of their journey in this lifetime. Love, Rich & Wendy Niehaus, and Alex and Lindsay Stuart.

Sending love to all the Kuttner´s. The Kuttner´s lived at the bottom of the hill from my family. Our parents were dear friends, members of the CFM and parishioners at Blessed Sacrament. Many years of family and community gatherings. Every year many families would gather for a 4th of July firework display in tiny park outside the Kuttner´s house while an assortment of fathers lit off fireworks. The sparklers burned down to your fingers back then! A wonderful evening enjoyed by everyone. Our...

I was a foster parent for many years and worked with Mrs. Kuttner, on occasion. She had the difficult job of sorting out stories and deciding what was in the best interest of the children. I found her to be intelligent, compassionate, and fair. The Kuttners continued to serve our community in retirement and we are most thankful. May they rest in peace, and may God bless their family!

I had the pleasure of serving as Lou's Exec and later Assistant Director through challenging organizational changes. Lou was always supportive and understanding while expecting the best from you. We had many good times together and after Lou retired one of my highlights was getting together on his trips to the West Coast. Barbara was a jewel and Lou was absolutely besotted with her. He loved talking about his children and their accomplishments. He cared deeply about the effects of...

Farewell Barbara and Lou. My condolences to all the family

So sorry for your loss. It was lovely they got to enter eternity together.

I did not know Mr. and Mrs. Kuttner. However, just reading their joint obituary makes me sad that I never knew them! What an exciting and fulfilling life they had. It's people like the Kuttners who make this world a better place. I offer sincere condolences to the family and friends of this inspiring couple.

I first met Lou when I was 12 years old. He was my brother John's roommate at ?Holy Cross, and since it was too long a trip for the 4 day Thanksgiving Holiday for the trek to D.C. he came and stayed, with John, at my parents home on Long Island. I, like my parents , brothers and sister, admired and respected him for his love of God, his Faith, his Family. We always stayed in touch, and I am honored to have been his friend and "brother" for more than 72 years.
