Miami, Florida - Our beloved "Luis", Luis Roberto Duarte (48), passed away on Monday, January 3, 2022. He is survived by his two beautiful daughters, Isabella Duarte (14) and Elisa Duarte (11), his wife, Yamarashi Duarte (41), his parents, Luis Matias Duarte (83) and Ana Teresa Duarte (82), his sisters, Ana Margarita Duarte (60), Maria Cristina Duarte (59) and Ana Luisa Zaun (52), his nephews Mathew Gutierrez (35) and Alberto Duarte (14) as well as his niece, Camille Toussaint (17).
He was creative, sensitive, and kind. Although not his profession, he loved carpentry and always set his personality all over his home. A gift certificate from the Home Depot was always a win with him. He was a creative spirit who loved to travel. Anywhere and Everywhere. In addition, from a young age, Luis loved baseball and all things New York Yankees. That love was a thread carried through his life, and he would enjoy trips to the Bronx to watch his team over the years. His greatest love, however, were his daughters, his legacy, and his pride and joy. Luis will be greatly missed.
For those wishing to pay their respects, services will be held at:
Caballero Rivero Funeral Home 8200 Bird Road, Tuesday, Jan 11th, 6 pm to midnight.
The burial will be Wednesday, 1:30 pm, Miami Memorial Park 6200 SW 77 Ave. In Lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Children's Bereavement Center

Ana so sorry to see about the loss of your brother. These times are so hard. I wish you family love and support at this time. It is never easy but I am so sorry. I have been there and I do understand. Love you always. Dr. Lynn Marie Kendrick and Tristen Kendrick.
