We knew each other at FBBC for years, but it was really in the last six years, that a deeper friendship grew. Luis was a quiet, humble, patient, kind man. He was a wise man, a very wise man. I knew Luis to be very sweet and kind. I am praying for Darla and the family. God is touched by what touches you right now. He cares deeply for you. May you all receive His love and peace and strength ❣

I will surely miss Luis. He was an uncle to me. I have nothing in my memories that has anything but love and reverence. We would often talk about Rochester and it's restaurants. We found out that we worked in many of the same places. Whenever I got a new job he would tell me when he worked there. The talk of culanary between us is endless.
