Lydia Marple

Lydia Marple October 19, 1928 – November 19, 2011 Lydia Marple, age 83, passed away on November 19, 2011 at the Sky Ridge Hospital in Castle Rock, CO. Lydia was born October 19, 1928 in Fruita, Colorado to Charles Lee Garner and Margaret Hazel Nichols-Garner. She was the third of ten children. On December 14th, 1944, Lydia married Dale Marple who precedes her in death as well as her parents, and two sons, Dale Aaron Marple and Denis Lee Marple. Lydia is survived by three children, Janet (Perry) Clark of Castle Rock, Colorado; Vernia (Bennie) Lloyd of Canon City, CO, and Helen Dalton of Hooks, Texas. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. A visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at Martin Mortuary from 6 - 8:00 p.m. Funeral Service time is 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 23rd, also at the mortuary.
