Lydia Rosner Obituary

Lydia Rosner Lydia Rosner, 87, a homemaker, died Saturday, Sept. 20, 2003. The service was Sunday. Memorial contributions may be made to Chabad Lubavitch, 2093 Greenwood Drive, Tallahassee, FL 32303. Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home, Riggins Road Chapel (877-8191) handled arrangements. Mrs. Rosner was the widow of Dr. Fred Rosner. A survivor of the Holocaust, she was born in St. Petersburg, Russia, and was a former resident of Berlin, Warsaw, New York City and Bridgeport, Conn. For the past 10 years, she lived at Westminster Oaks and was lovingly cared for by its staff. She is survived by her sons, John and George; her daughter-in-law, Monica, two grandchildren, Marcy and Phillip; and a dear friend, Juni Kish.

To George, John, Juni, Monica, Marcy and Phillip.Lydia has joined her husband, Dr. Rosner, in the House of the Lord where there is no pain but joy everlasting. Although we never met Lydia, she shared a place in our hearts and we felt she was one of our family.
