JACK WAS A LIGHT TO ALL WHO KNEW HIM. I REMEMBER HIM WELL AND AM SAD TO HEAR THAT HE'S PASSED. BUT, HE'LL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN. WHAT A BRAVE AND JOYFUL YOUNG MAN!

Dear Freedman family, I am so sorry to hear this sad news about Jack. I just remember how much joy Jack brought to us at Unionville High School and how much he loved coming to school! I last saw Jack when he came to a Bocci tournament at the high school almost 2 years ago. I'm sure that you have so many good memories of Jack and I hope that those memories help you through this very difficult time. He will be missed by so many people! Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. ...

Jack is such an amazing young man. Made me smile. I was his security guard in high school. He was kind and positive and inspiring. I will miss his Facebook wisdom. Bless you Jack. Please accept my deepest sympathy.

My deepest condolences to everyone! Sending prayers!

Dear Anne, Al, and Cara- Jack is and always will be a Rock Star in my memory. I loved his smile, sense of humor, tenacity, and willingness to share his story. I am blessed for having had the opportunity to know him and your family and work with you all over the years in supporting technology-assisted children and young adults. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you all and I wish you peace. Zoe Kinney,RN
