Not sure what to say?

Mac was a great Husband, Dad, friend, Valley Lodge neighbor, and trail ride boss. He was kind to all us kids and kept us on track. He was someone who was approachable and comfortable to be with. He listened. He was funny.

My deepest condolences to Mac's family. I remember him so fondly.

I remember Mac and his Exxon Station, to a T. My parents went there on the regular. I remember him giving my mom a Tiger Tail for the gas tank for our car. I also dropped her credit card down the window. Mac just laughed, and was able to get it out. He was awesome. I had the pleasure of running around with some great kids, one in particular was Malcolm. He was as kind as his dad. I´m very grateful, for those junior high and high school years. RIP Mac, well deserved and you will always...

I remember Mr. Goldsby very well from my days at Spring Branch Junior High and Memorial High School. I remember when he opened Po-Mac's. It was always great fun to drop in there. He always greeted us with a smile and a kind word. He was always very nice to us kids and a very good example to us all. The world needs more people like him.

My parents were regulars at Mac´s gas station. He was considered a family friend. As a young kid I loved riding my bike to PoMacs hamburgers. Rest in peace Mr. Goldsby!

I worked at Goldsby Exxon in the mid-70s while going to Memorial High. He was a great man and always took time to help teach me little things about fixing cars and more importantly about customer service. RIP Mr. Goldsby. Prayers and positive thoughts to the family, sorry for your loss.

My brother who passed in 2005 worked for Mac many years ago. Mac was a good and kind man. Sincere condolences from my whole family.

Sorry to see this. Knew Mac for all the years as a customer in the Villages. Deepest sympathy to the family.

The HLSR Trail Ride Committee certainly will miss Mac. He was such an important and well-loved part of our traditions and the ride. Our sincerest condolences to his Valley Lodge Trail Ride family.
