Dear Martha,

I was so sorry to hear of the death of your father. I know you and my sister Barbara are family and I consider you to be my extended family as well. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Joey, Mitch, Berkeley, your mother and the rest of your family. Please express my sympathy to your family. Martha.. you are an amazing woman. After reading this guest book and your dad's obituary, you can see how much you must be like your Dad and Mom. Since my Dad's death 4 years ago, I still talk with him every day. I know he is in a much better place now along side your father as well. Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you and your family. Fondly, Margaret Griffith and family (Matt and Meghan).

Dear Ashby,
I didn't hear of Jake's death until today-Sunday. I am so sorry
that I missed seeing you all at his
funeral. I would have loved being
there with you. Daddy (Upshur) loved Jake so very much and of course-you so dearly. You were such a dear wife to Jake. He was
so blessed to have such a lovely
wife, handsome Matt, and pretty Martha. It was so good to see you at Richard's funernal. You have always been so kind to my Daddy and my family. Thank you very much. Please give my love to Matt and remind him of the fun we had many years ago at VA Beach. Jake
was an honest and good man.

Love,
Keena Mitchell Harwood
