Marc was a dear friend. We met at work around 1989 or 1990 and have been friends ever since. I have so many fun memories of him. My prayers go out to his sister and her family. He was such a blessing.

We knew Marc from his time as music director at Walker Avenue Baptist. Tresa played the organ for him and he sang at our wedding. We were shocked when I read of his passing. He obviously touched many people at an early age and I am sure he did the same thing as the years passed. God bless his family during this time.

Dear Carpenter Family,
My husband and I have known Marc for many years as he and my husband previously worked together in the same OKDHS office for a length of time. Although their career paths changed, Marc did contact us on occassion -- even after he left OKDHS because of his health. Marc truly had a servant's heart and the most beautiful singing voice!! Marc is someone who truly left his imprint on the world; he will be greatly missed and always remembered!

Someone already said it better than I ever could:
Imagine stepping onto a shore and finding it heaven. Imagine taking hold of a hand and finding its God's hand. Imagine breathing new air and finding its celestial air. Imagine feeling invigorated and finding it immortality. Imagine passing from storm & tempest to an unknown calm.
Imagine waking and finding it home.
Rest in peace,
John

Dear Carpenter Family,
My prayers go out to your family during your loss. I was a student of Brother Carpenter at NW Classen Highschool from 1973 to 1977. He was a great man and I am sure his children were so loved and sounds like they followed his footsteps with the love of their Church. Keep the Faith.
