I first met Marc when he and I were getting into an elevator in Civil Court with two other strangers. Suddenly, Marc burst out into possibly the loudest rendition of "Roxanne" that I've ever heard, especially in an elevator.

I will always remember Marc as a great person and a gifted attorney. His good nature and humor will be sorely missed.

Marc came into my life shortly after I lost my father, when things still looked so dark and bleak. Marc brought laughter, joy and light back into my life. I cannot begin to express my deep sorrow of learning of his death. My mother and I send our love to the entire Chiappetta and Ruvoldt Families. Love Barbara
