Not sure what to say?

Doug, Our deepest sympathies on Marc's passing. He was my dad's favorite nephew and he was so proud of his professional accomplishments and that he followed in his Uncle Abe's footsteps at Ohio State with the Ohio State Law Journal. When he was a young boy my dad would pick him up and take him to movies and helped with his Bar Mitzva speech. Margie and I had dinner with him in Naples several times and I hooked him up with the Buckeye Sports Bulletin so he could follow his beloved Buckeyes. ...

Marc & Bette were very good friends of mine & it was such a privilege to spend such fun times with them, both in Toledo & Naples. I became close to the girls, Pam & Peggy. I wish to send my sincere sympathy to Doug and all the family,

Our sincere sympathy to you,Doug, and your family. Your cousins, Marcia and Rolf Hess.

Marc was a good customer of mine for many years. He was such a nice man, he will always be remembered fondly.

Marc and I had been friends since we played ball together in Columbus as teens. It was a priviledge to work with him in our professional capacities throughout our careers. He was a fine attorney and a good friend. Doug, I know how you took care of him in his later years. My best wishes to you and your sisters.

Our condolences to the Gertner family. May G-d give you strength during this time of sorrow. Brent and Ricki Rubin

The commensurate professional who always took the time to enlighten those of us not quite at his level. A wonderful man and attorney.
Best regards,
