Marc and I were colleagues in Congress and I was always impressed at his integrity and diligence in standing up for what he believed, even though he was often under pressure to do the most political or expedient thing. Very sorry to hear of Marc's passing. I knew him in Congress and once played tennis with his daughter. He led a terrific life into his 90's. Thinking of him brings back fond memories of interesting discussions. My sincere sympathy for the family.
