I am shocked and saddened by this terrible news. Although we have not seen each other in recent years,my thoughts go fondly to our many years on vanderventer, where I could not have asked for a better friend! I have always held Marc , Peggy and the boys in my heart though time kept us apart.My deepest sympathy and love to Peggy, Ryan and Adam . As a neighbor to Marc Silbert and his family in Great Neck, New York for over 15 years, I admired the sense of commitment which his parents demonstrated for local issues. Marc's mother, Seena, was a tireless advocate for social justice and was especially moved by the adversities impacting vulnerable children.
