I just learned of Marc's passing. I was a classmate and friend of Marc's during his law school years, we served together on the Law Review. Marc was a brilliant intellectual, but I will most remember his physical prowess. He once saw me struggling to work out with Hemenway Gym's 1940s vintage equipment and intervened, introducing me to the gymnastics rings.
