Cremation Society of New Hampshire - Boscawen Obituary

On Friday, August 14, 2020, Marcy Alves, went to sleep in the arms of Jesus. She anticipated her life in this world would end in a short rest in the arms of her Savior as she awaited her "Blessed Hope"—the resurrection of her body—in Christ at His soon-appearing. On a fair, mostly cloudy April...

Not sure what to say?

I have fond memories of Marcie's ministry... She sang with Found Free at my church in Boston and later I was able to interview her when I worked with WEZE Christian radio in Boston. Her love of Jesus bubbled up and touched you with His love. Bob Anderson 2/20/23 PCB 71

A gifted servant of the Lord. It was a pleasure to work with her at PCB. The Lord's blessings on the family as they look to be reunited with her.

marcy you will forever be in my heart thoughts.your love for jesus is real. the lives you touched the souls you helped to be saved. you taught me what christ love is. see you in the kingdom

David, Ann and I are grieved at the news of Marcy’s passing in mid August. We know she has had a brave struggle in recent years, and we are grateful for your love and care for her all these years, and especially in these last few years when your support has meant so much to her. You two sang in our wedding on your...

Just saw where Marcy was called Home. David, I remember you both well; was part of Dot's team for Women Alive retreats and played for Marcy many times. I so enjoyed your fellowship during those times of ministry together. Praying for God's peace and comfort as you face life without your sweet wife. Another reason to long for heaven!!

I knew you Marcy for only a short time, mainly by letters. I loved your wisdom and friendship. It is my loss to have just looked you up again on the internet to discover you have gone to heaven. I have never forgotten you. Rest in Peace.

I was mightily blessed every time Marci and David came to Tabernacle United Methodist Church. I am forever thankful for how you showed me in my formative teenage years how to love Jesus and how to love each other. Marci's passing is both sad and joyful, because I know that she is in Heaven with Jesus!!! We will miss her, but now she is whole again in his presence. Thank you for your example Marci, I am forever grateful! In His Love Beth Benfer (Landis)

So saddened for your loss. May the Lord give you His peace and comfort during these days. Joan Demian, PCB CLASS OF 1969
