Not sure what to say?

Please accept my condolences. A few weeks ago, my friends and I were discussing inspirational teachers who made an impact. I chose Mrs. Grieco from Arlington Catholic. She was such an encouraging, dedicated, and caring Art Teacher. She will always be remembered as an outstanding teacher and a kind individual.

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Mrs. Grieco. You are all in my prayers. I too was one of her art students and enjoyed participating in the yearbook project under her guidance. Mrs. Grieco was so encouraging and always had a smile for her students. She welcomed us to her home to celebrate the yearbook project and I will always treasure the fact that she introduced me to art in such a wonderful way. Many of her students fondly remember her.

My sincerest condolences to Patty and the rest of the family. My younger sister used to be childhood friends with Patty. Also, I had Mrs. Grieco for Art. I remember her to be a kind, patient, happy, and helpful teacher. She was always smiling! She was a very talented artist and never made any student feel like they couldn’t be an artist too! Always grateful for her patience, guidance and perspective in my art classes. She fostered a love of art history in me and I will hold that dear forever. My sincerest condolences to her family and friends. May she rest peacefully.
- AC Class of '95

I believe the family should know of a loved ones legacy. I was the captions editor on the AC yearbook in, dare I say it, 1986!! To this day remains one of my favorite High School memories. I so enjoyed working on that yearbook with Mrs. Grieco - she was sweet, lovely and encouraging, always. I am sorry for your loss.

Angelo. Sorry to hear of your loss. Your wife Peggy led a wonderful life.
