Maria Patrocinio Arellano de Sandoval, age 86, passed away peacefully in her home on Saturday, November 4, 2006. She was born on September 20, 1920 in Atolinga, Zacatecas, Mexico, where she lived, until twelve years ago, when she move to Stockton, California. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and a great-grandmother who was devoted to her family. She is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Rito B. Sandoval. She is survived by her children, Josefina, Jose (Maria), Salvador (Mireya), Gustavo (Norma) and Humberto (Evangelina) Sandoval. Her grandchildren Eric, Jose and Alejandro Ramirez, George, Dolores, Monica and Sylvia Sandoval, Mireya C., Jeanette and Jessica Sandoval, Mayra, Gustavo A., Alberto and Fernando Sandoval, Edwin Astorga, Kassandra and Nohely Sandoval. Her great-grandchildren Justin and Benedict Sandoval, Victoria Rose Alarca, Alycia Gonzalez, Isabella and Gabriella Donaldson. She is also survived by three sisters, one brother and nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend a Vigil on Wednesday, November 8, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. at DeYoung Memorial Chapel, 601 N. California Street, Stockton, CA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. at St. Linus Church, 2620 South B Street, Stockton, CA. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2006 from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, November 8, 2006 from 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. at DeYoung Memorial Chapel, 601 N. California Street, Stockton, CA. Committal will be at San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery.
