Dear Jill and Joan,
My dad called tonight w/ news of your mom's passing. He must have seen the announcement in the Lake Forester. Although it's been years since our grade school days, I remember your mother well. The patience she'd show when we'd take over the entire backyard for an obstacle course; the incessant noise as we played air hockey in the basement or danced in your living room. I met Marian thru my mother (she did her hair). Marian was such a happy lady to be around. I remember when my mom and I took Marian to lunch at Wild Mango, she was so excited we were picking her up for a day out. We had a great day. I'll always remember what a delight she was to be around. She will be missed.

When someone we love becomes a memory, that memory becomes a treasure. Therefore, treasure the special times spent with Marian-draw strength from the love of family and friends-and may God's word and his loyal love comfort you and help you through this difficult time. Psalm 119:50,76
