I will always be grateful and appreciative when I remember Dr. Rogers. Her guidance, true interest in her students and availability were constant and kind. As a Creative Writing Instructor at Allan Hancock College, Mrs. Rogers encouraged each student to "write about what they know", always telling us that our lives had so much value.Mrs. Rogers was a generous member of the Santa Maria community , and always a life long learner and Teacher.
