Marilyn was my best friend for many years here in Tucson. I have many fond memories of playing volleyball, working on her house, watching her property anytime she was out of town especially on extended trips. Patience and kindness are just two words I'd attribute to Marilyn. It took her a few years (slow student) but she taught me to be skilled on the potter's wheel. Her class was full of light and humor, perfectly reflecting herself. Marilyn was the best kind of friend in and out of the studio.
