Marilyn loved her family and was never happier than when they were sitting around the kitchen table chatting, having a meal and playing games. She always appreciated the special attention and care that her sisters and brother showed her.
Marilyn worked as an operator and later a supervisor for Illinois Bell-AT&T for 31 years, retiring in 1985.
She was a member of the West Peoria Elks Club, Christ Lutheran Church, lifetime member of the Telephone Pioneers and the Illinois Bell Birthday Club.
She was a loyal friend to "the kids at work" and enjoyed the times on the job and especially after hours.

Ed and I are sorrry for your loss. We lived near you for years when you lived on Maxwell Road so we got to know the family well. Marilyn and I worked together at the telephone company. I know you, her family, gave her a lot of tender loving assisted living care when she needed it.
