Not sure what to say?

Marilyn is a saint in Heaven looking down on us. She was such a dear, sweet, loving woman to her family, friends and workmates. She enriched the lives of countless children during her teaching career. There aren't enough words to capture the essence of Marilyn! I miss her dearly and think of her often. My condolences to all of her family.

The years fly by but you are always close to my heart. You lit up so many lives from your family to all the school children and their families. You were such a generous, caring and loving person and close friend. I'm sorry your time with us was taken before it should have but I cherish all the moments we had together!! God Bless you - I know you're looking down on us from Heaven.

Marilyn was a loving caring friend. She was always the first one with a card, a snack, a quick call or visit if someone was in need. I'll never forget the wonderful trips we went on. Over the past few years we went to Maine to the ocean. We talked, walked and ate homemade ice cream on the beach and just relaxed. Wonderful memories of a wonderful friend.
My love and prayers to you all.

A gift to us and to so many, Marilyn will always be in our hearts, and our neighborhood will never be the same. We are filled with a treasure trove of priceless memories.
With love and prayers to you, Bob, Sally, Jeff, Dan and Dave.

I was a friend of Marilyn's during our teenage summers together on Thompson's Point. We lost track of each other after college, but she appeared at my Mom's funeral twenty years ago in Cornwall and we have maintained contact since. In recent years I have seen her on those rare occasions when I could get back to Vermont. I have been deeply touched by our conversations, grateful to her for reaching out to me and for being a graceful example of courage and humor as she confronted the...

Marilyn was an incredible inspiration to many. She was also a '2nd' mom, while attending UVM with Sally. I will miss her quick wit, illuminating smile, and contagious laugh. My family and I send our love to all of the Stetson clan.

To the entire Stetson Family and extended family and all the family by proxy that Marilyn made her own, I thank God for having her in my life and that of my family for so many years.
We truly were blessed and we miss her immensely..
But the wonderful, joyful memories will live forever in our hearts as well as the twinkle in her eyes and the smile she had for everyone, We love you Marilyn.
