LINCOLN - Marilyn L. Thomas, 94, of Lincoln passed away peacefully on Dec. 31, 2024. Born in Atkinson Neb. Preceded in death by husband, Robert E. Thomas; parents, Eli and Wilma McConnell; brothers, Bud and Dean McConnell. Survived by brother, Dick (Karen) McConnell; sons, Scott (Jean), Jeff (Debbie), Bill (Cathy) Thomas; grandchildren, Charis, Jordan (Hannah), Ellie and Kate; and great grandchildren Nova, Jace and Ivy. A funeral service will be held Monday, Jan. 6, 2025 at 2 p.m. with a visitation one hour prior at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home, 6800 S. 14th St., Lincoln, NE 68512. Memorial to the UNL Robert E. Thomas Memorial Scholarship Fund and St. Elizabeth Foundation volunteer services fund, 555 S. 70th St., Lincoln, NE 68510. Please visit www.lincolnfh.com.

My prayers and sympathy are with all of Marilyn´s family we sort of lost touch the last few years but we will always remember the many visits with her and especially with Scott and grandson Mike so many years ago Marilyn and Bob were good role models to him when he was young May Gods peace and comfort be with all family
