As a former District of Columbia resident who began my career as a District government employee in 1979, under Mayor Marion Barry's administration, I was deeply saddened to hear of Christopher Barry's passing. May God grant his soul eternal peace.

My heart and my prayers go out to his family and all his friends that loved him so much He is in the best hands that he can be in right now he is resting in peace in the hands of the lord. It's hard when you lose a love one, and it is sad that Christopher lost his life so soon. He left this earth way to soon....
