Not sure what to say?

When I think of Marisa I think of our grandmother's home in Sebring, Florida where I first met her and Trista. I remember long walks and sunshine and above all I remember admiring Marisa and the other older girls for their cool confidence. I remember laughing and trying to be like her. She was a wonderful, beautiful woman and I will never forget that time in our lives.

Marisa was a beautiful person both inside and out. She was always so put together, and had a bubbly personality. My sister and I met our cousins, Marisa and Trista later in life, but it felt like we were all kindred spirits. Trista and I were alike, while my sister Michelle and Marisa were alike. I will miss her, and was glad to have had the chance to meet her.

I am so sorry for your loss. Marisa was a very special person and I am grateful for the time I spent with her and Trista when they came to Florida. She will be missed by us all. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Be well and stay in touch. Grandma Aida

Toes in the sand; walking along the beach. It was the first time Marisa had been to the ocean. The expression on her face made me giggle when she put her feet in the water and squealed. The water was ice cold. Guess she was expecting a Southern California kinda beach! Well, she didn't get to swim that day but we had a great time. That's the curious, happy-go-lucky girl I will always remember.

Marisa was an angel sent from heaven with a heart of gold and a personality to match. My pain and anguish are beyond words and my heart goes out to the rest of her family.

Even though we are cousins, I did not get to meet Marisa until she was a teen, when she came to CA w/ Trista for Thanksgiving and stayed with me for a a few days. I will never forget waiting for them to get ready to go hang out around town for the day. When they finally came out of the bedroom they were both dressed in tank-tops, shorts and flip-flops! Too funny, because it was really cold. Being from Wisconsin they thought it was beautiful weather! Now when I see someone dressed for summer...

I have seen you grow and mature into a beautiful young women in the few years were I've had the opportunity to be in your company, at Lisa's wedding, also Trista's wedding, in Utica, Ny. when visiting Augie your paternal father, and in Florida when visiting your grandmother, and your smile made the room come alive, I thank God that I got to know you, Now your at rest surrounded by the angles in heaven, some day I will see you again, in heaven. Love your aunt Edna Rosario.

Daylan and family - so sorry for your loss. May you be surrounded by love and faith at this diffucult time. My prayers are with you.

Although we hadn't crossed paths in probably a dozen years, Marisa is a girl who I have fond memories of. Every time I see a burgundy Chevy Lumina, I think of Marisa, rides home from school, lots of girl-talk, and her wonderful laugh. I am incredibly sorry for your loss.
