Not sure what to say?

It has been five years since Marjorie passed away. It does not get any easier when I am thinking about how lucky I was to know her, which I did my whole life (55 years to the time of her passing). She was my Mom's best friend and their families moved to Miami together. She made my life much more rich, especially being part of her family growing up. I could always count on her for a meaningful chat. We are blessed to still have Dorie Stein, Marjorie's beloved wife, in our lives! Be well to all...

Dear Dorie, Reading this again brought back wonderful memories of the times we spent together and how Hal adored her. Miss you. Love, Jamey

I did not know Marjorie had passed away. I came across an article I had saved about her and decided to try to find her. Sad news. I worked with Marjorie at Santa Fe Community College. She was probably the best, kindest, fairest supervisor I ever had.

I had the pleasure of being one of Dr. Abrams' students at the UM. She was a caring & kind person while bringing out our best selves along the way.

Sadly, I am reading about this only now. Dorie, you and Marjorie were always such joyful people in my life. All my memories of you two together bring joy to me still. I miss both of your kind and humorous spirits. I hope we can connect again sometime soon.

Where do I start??? Margie and I were roommates in Atlanta and traveled to Europe on $5 a day in 1961. We then moved to New York where we had fun adventures....she was truly the most brilliant person I ever knew! She moved back to Miami and I remained in New York. My husband and I were so delighted when she and Dorie came to visit us several years ago. We spoke on the phone frequently and there are simply no words to say when someone is lost to us! Sending Dorie strength and love at...

Sending love and light to Marjorie's close family and friends. Many blessings for her soul's next journey.
With Love,
Michelle

My family has so many wonderful memories of Marjorie. Yes, she and my mother, Joan, were cousins but more like sisters. Growing up, we took many trips to Florida to visit our grandparents as well as Aunt Audrey and Uncle Al, Cousins Kenny and Marjorie as well as Uncle Chucky and Aunt Annette.

We so loved when Marjorie and Dorie would come visit my parents and me and Uncle Harold in Chicago. We knew we could look forward to good restaurants, important political conversations, enjoying...
