Marjorie Starr Day

I first met Marjorie when I began my doctoral studies at UCLA in l966. She worked closely with Professor Seagoe who became chair of her dissertation committee. Marjorie brought a quiet elegance and "class" to Moore Hall. She and I shared many interests and I enjoyed our long chats.
