Mark Burke Obituary
Mark Howard Burke passed away peacefully on April 1, after a courageous two year battle with Pancreatic Cancer. He was born on December 6, 1950 in Bronx, NY to the late Marilyn Rymland and Jack Burke. Mark grew up in Spring Valley and married the love of his life Caryn Werner. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, hunting, fishing, but most of all the company of his wife, children, grandchildren and his extended family. He loved having family around him. Mark is survived by his wife Caryn and loving children Halli (Burke) Tibbals and her husband Trevor of Columbus, Ohio and Jordan Burke and his wife, Samantha (Green) Burke of Mahwah, NJ and his cherished grandchildren Madison, Hayden, and Asher. Mark was also blessed by his mother-in-law Harriet Werner, his siblings Randi and Fredric Cohen, their children, Brett, Zachary, Jared, and Alexis, as well as, Joseph and Debbie Werner and their children, Jason and Lindsay. His funeral is taking place Thursday, April 3rd at 12 noon, Beth Am Temple in Pearl River, NY. Shiva will be held through Sunday, April 6th at the Burkes home in Warwick, NY. Donations in memory of Mark should be made to the Pancreatic Action Network or St. Anthony's Hospital Foundation of Warwick, NY.

Dear Caryn and Family,
I am so sorry for your loss and my deepest condolences. Even though we didn't get a chance to see much of each other, he was a great friend and room mate. I learned a lot for Mark. Especially how to enjoy life. He will always live in my heart.
I don't think it ironic Marks passing on April Fools Day.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I worked for Mark and Carin on their home on many occasions and it was always a pleasure. The one thing I had a in common with Mark which was the love of the outdoors and fishing. I will miss him greatly. Joe Tabulka

I am so sorry to hear about Mark. I worked with him at Park B Smith and he always kept us laughing. I am glad I got to see him recently at a trade show party. He talked about his wife, kids, and grand kids with such pride. I have shared the news with several other people who have worked with him and they too were saddened by the news. I will always have fond memories of Mark and send my condolences to his family.
