Not sure what to say?

My sincere and heartfelt condolences to the family.
Mark was a wonderful colleague during my tenure with the SA office. A true gentleman, scholar and worthy opponent. Suffice it to say, he will be missed greatly.

"But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God." John 3:21

Mark worked hard to get to the truth in every case he work on. The City, the State, the World has lost a great man

Mark was a good man. I worked with him and played softball with/for him in the SAO. He put up with a lot from me on the softball field. He's probably organizing a team in heaven. There's so much more to say about Mark but there's not enough time and there are not sufficient words. May God bless him and comfort his family.

As a child that basically grew up in the SAO, I recall going to lunch with my father at Pete's Pizza at the Harbor--99% of the time, Mark was in line too!
What a great memory of such a devoted man and a great friend to my father. He will be greatly missed by so many.

Mark was loaded with integrity and took tremendous pride in his work. He was also a heck of a nice guy. His passing is a loss for the city of Baltimore and for all who were lucky enough to know him.

We are absolutely shocked, and so sorry to hear of Mark's passing. May your memories continue to provide you comfort during this difficult time. We're thinking of you.

My heart is broken at the news of Mark's passing. I share with our many colleagues the tears of our loss but rejoice in the memory of a life well spent. I cherish the years I worked with him and treasure his kind encouragement.

"I thank my God upon every remembrance of you." - Philippians 1:4

A terrific colleague; an old and dear friend..
He was the best.
