My sincere and heartfelt condolences to the family.
Mark was a wonderful colleague during my tenure with the SA office. A true gentleman, scholar and worthy opponent. Suffice it to say, he will be missed greatly.

"But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God." John 3:21

Mark worked hard to get to the truth in every case he work on. The City, the State, the World has lost a great man

Mark was a good man. I worked with him and played softball with/for him in the SAO. He put up with a lot from me on the softball field. He's probably organizing a team in heaven. There's so much more to say about Mark but there's not enough time and there are not sufficient words. May God bless him and comfort his family.

As a child that basically grew up in the SAO, I recall going to lunch with my father at Pete's Pizza at the Harbor--99% of the time, Mark was in line too!
What a great memory of such a devoted man and a great friend to my father. He will be greatly missed by so many.

Mark was loaded with integrity and took tremendous pride in his work. He was also a heck of a nice guy. His passing is a loss for the city of Baltimore and for all who were lucky enough to know him.

My heart is broken at the news of Mark's passing. I share with our many colleagues the tears of our loss but rejoice in the memory of a life well spent. I cherish the years I worked with him and treasure his kind encouragement.

If every prosecutor could aspire to be 1/10th of what Mark was, and his memory will continue to be, then the justice system may work. I will miss his consummate professionalism and his sense of humor.

The Baltimore States Attorneys office has lost one of there best. Mark was a true gentleman and I will miss him very much. I got to know Mark well, when he prosecuted the subject that robbed Barbara Mikuslki in Fells Point. I was very happy to catch up with him in the Homicide Unit. Mark was a very dedicated attorney. Go in peace my friend!
