Dr. Fields was a special human being. Beyond his professionalism, he truly cared about his patients. His caring went beyond the practice of medicine, it was nurturing in the best possible way. He left a lasting message for those of us that he touched and he will never be forgotten. My prayers of peace for his beloved family and a lifetime of fond memories. Dr. Fields, was a truly caring individual. He became my Doctor after Dr. Dolan passed away. Dr. Fields, over the years took care of me entire family. Dr. Fields was one of a kind, a great doctor and a caring friend. My condolences to his. RIP DR. FIELDS cared for my entire family.

Mary & family Dr Fields was a kind and generous man. I have special memories of him when I worked at LMG. I am sorry to hear of his passing. May God hold him in the palm of his hands.

Dr. Fields was a doctor that truly cared about each and every one of his patients. He was professional, kind and always took the time to listen. He endeared a trust from his patients that is rarely seen today. I will forever be grateful to have had the privilege to have known him as my doctor and friend.
