I am deeply saddened to hear of Mark's passing. In my college years, I worked at Pool World as I earned my B.A. from Eastern Washington. During these years, Mark was my boss. I really enjoyed working for Mark--and appreciated getting to know him. He was passionate about his business and I learned much. What stands out was his integrity in business dealings and that he really wanted folks to have a relaxing time by enjoying hot tubs or pools. Also, he (an owner) cleaned toilets on...
