A long time ago, I had a part-time high school job working for Drs. Seide, Wolf, and Lazor. Dr. Izard was a close colleague of Dr. Lazor. I remember Dr. Izard warmly as an inspiring physician who was instrumental in advancing nephrology at Hartford Hospital. Dr. Izard, Dr. Lazor and others inspired me to pursue science which I did, inventing a new drug for cancer.
