Sydney and the entire Meredith family, we are heartbroken and so sorry for your loss of Mark. He was such a wonderful, kind, friendly man. Ron and I met Mark and Syd in Boulder at the South Boulder Rec Center when Syd taught high impact aerobics back in the 1980's.
