Joyce -- Barbara and I are so sorry for your loss. Mark was an exceptional person; he taught me much about management, working with people. and how to do my job well. His advice and counsel was always welcome and valued. Our prayers are with you and family.

Joyce, Brent: Mark was always there. He was a great communicator. Always a smile, always had a story. We shared stories as we each had our ailments, successes, and wishes. He was always dedicated to the job, the practice, the dedication to the various associations (VTPA, UVM Tax School, others). Enjoyed a good Bball game, golf, and friends. I worked with Mark at the IRS in the 70's. He was well thought of by everyone, dedicated, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I am saddened to learn of Mark's passing at what is now considered an early age.

I worked with Mark at IRS many years ago and was so grateful for his kind help as I re-entered the workforce. He was such a gentleman. My condolences to his family.
