Joyce, Brent: Mark was always there. He was a great communicator. Always a smile, always had a story. We shared stories as we each had our ailments, successes, and wishes. He was always dedicated to the job, the practice, the dedication to the various associations (VTPA, UVM Tax School, others). Enjoyed a good Bball game, golf, and friends. Insightful, thoughtful, A great person. He has left a legacy for us all. Thank you for sharing him. Our deepest condolences to you. and you have our prayers.

I worked with Mark at the IRS in the 70's. He was well thought of by everyone, dedicated, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I am saddened to learn of Mark's passing at what is now considered an early age.

I worked with Mark at IRS many years ago and was so grateful for his kind help as I re-entered the workforce. He was such a gentleman. My condolences to his family.

During UVM Tax School, Mark would very ask little known fact tax questions to the table. We would post our answers on a 3x5 card. He was always friendly and fun to be around. I will miss him.
